Versafile filing systems

Most offices have thought very carefully about the amount of general storage and filing capacity they need, but often forget about the smaller items which need to be safely stored.
Many of the tambour storage units in the market have accessories to deal with stationery, Data CDs, and card holders etc, but what about business stationery, order and requisition forms and other specialist paper products for their business.

Thankfully the versafile system of small storage drawers may be the answer.  The system comprises 3 basic, self contained drawer units, all with the same external dimensions, but having either 2 large drawer, 3 intermediate drawer, or 6 small drawers fitted inside it.

Each of the units can be locked to a neighbouring unit, either horizontally or vertically, by a very simple but effective linking clip, to produce what ever configuration you require.

Single units or locked together groups of units can be simply sat inside tambour storage units, cupboards, or even open shelving units to give you secure and safe storage for  all of your important stationery and forms etc.

They can even be locked onto a base unit which has the option of castors so that you can create a mobile storage unite specifically for your needs.

There is also an option of a wood finish top so that you can integrate this unit with the rest of your office furniture.

The units are available as standard in either a light grey or a dark grey (graphite) finish, which means that they will match with most office filing or storage units. If you want to enliven the look of these units you can specify coloured drawer fronts and mix and match them to your hearts content.

Each drawer also has an index label window, allowing you to quickly and easily find what you are looking for.

So if you need a system that will fit in with your existing office furniture and will keep your letterheads, compliment slips, and order forms clean and safe and tidy, and where everyone in the office will know where they are, and can easily see how many are left, then this system will suit you perfectly.
You can even build a free standing unit for the network printer to be placed on. All your different papers, cards, and labels can be stored conveniently under the printer, and there is no danger of any of this stationery being contaminated by toner waste or other materials.

This systems obviously has many uses in the office environment, but many have also been sold to hospitals, laboratories, and  research facilities where clean and sterile storage of a many different sized items is required.  Even hobbyists and small home businesses have ordered these units to categorise and store a myriad of different items.

We even saw an impressive collection of these Units on a Ray Mears TV Programme, where an archaeologist was storing his precious collection of fossils and prehistoric bone fragments.

I am sure that if you think about it, you will find a use for one of these systems for your own interests or hobbies.
