Cable management is useful to hide the cabling used for PC equipment and connections. It is sometimes important to keep the cables out of the way for health and safety reasons.
There are a number of options available:
External
Cable management can be added externally to the desks either by means of an articulated vertebral cable holder (as above) or by means of simple trunking.
Integrated cable management
Many of our desking ranges have fully integrated cable management systems which incorporate a central metal beam which can accept cables, plugs and transformers. The leg covers are removable and reveal cable channels. This system, used either with or without cable ports, offers a very sophisticated form of cable management.
Our fitters can cut and fit cable ports to any of our furniture products which do not already have them. They are available in a variety of finishes and sizes to suit any application. In addition we can supply and fit cable trunking and power data outlets in a variety of formats.
