Our dedicated after-sales team will make sure that the fault or defect is rectified as quickly as possible with minimum convenience to you. The product will be replaced completely if we are unable to rectify the problem in a reasonable length of time. We can also offer this service to older products and even office furniture products which have not been supplied by us. Our experienced team should be able to diagnose the problems and suggest a solution. We should be able to recognise the product and then contact the relevant manufacturer for spare parts to resolve the problem.
