Choosing the right meeting chairs
Having selected the correct meeting table for your requirements attention should be given to the selection of the right meeting chair to suit your application. The size of the chair is important as it is necessary to allow 65 – 70cm per person to sit around a meeting table but more may be required if the meeting chairs are particularly large. The wrong choice of chair could result in a 10 seat meeting table only being able to accommodate 8 people. Arms will probably be desirable on the meeting chairs if the meetings are quite long but if meetings are mostly very brief then meeting chairs without arms are probably better as they are less bulky. If modular meeting tables are used because there is a need to reconfigure the meeting room for use in a classroom setting or individual tables for training then stacking chairs can be ideal.
